First steps / Primeiros passos

On June 20, 2013, I took four steps by myself at auntie Sam's (daycare). in the evening I took a couple more steps for mom, dad and dindo.

Dindo chegou!!!

Meu dindo Khiary chegou ma ultima sexta-feira, e jah estou aproveitando meus momentos com ele. No inicio fiqueu meio timido, mas agora jah estoume soltando, pois meu dindinho estah me conquistando mesmo. Ah, e ganhei do meu dindo uma galinha pintadinha, do meu tio kakau, um burrinhode borracha e do meu vovo jonas e vovo graca, uma roupinha de sao joao. Oh vida boa essa minha!!!

Enlarged adenoids / Crescimento da adenoide

Yesterday I had a consult with a Pediatrician with regards to my low weight. Mom and dad told her they are not concerned about it anymore, and the pediatrician agreed. Yes, I'm skinny, picky, but healthy! Nothing to worry.

On the other hand, we found out that my stuffy, runny nose is due to enlarged adenoids. So I will go on steroid nasal spray for a while, and see if that improves the situation. If not, a surgical procedure may be necessary, but my parents are really not game for it.

Daycare / Creche

I have been going to daycare for three weeks now. Mom leaves me a bit longer everyday, and I seem to be adjusting really well. I do cry a bit or make a sad face when she leaves, but shortly after she leaves, auntie Sam makes me feel good and loved again. I am really enjoying all the snuggles with Auntie Sam, and all the fun with my daycare friends and all the animals. Thanks, Auntie Sam, for making me feel like I am home and loved. Love you!
