Aqui segue, especialmente para os meus amados familiares e amigos que estao longe, o meu primeiro contato com o mundo virtual. Papai e mamae jah me disseram que terei que ser nerd, pois so assim poderei manter contato constante. Espero que curtam!

To keep in touch with those who do not live close by... I guess being a baby from an immigrant couple is not an easy task, and mom and dad have already let me know that I have no other option but be a computer/tech nerd. Enjoy!

7 months / 7 meses

Last Monday, I turned 7 months old. This time, I celebrated with my family in Brazil. We had a bigger cake and some baked goodies and pastries to go along with the cake. All my grandparents and my aunties came. I loved it! :-)

As for my milestones, I can manipulate a small object with one hand very well, and reach for objects with one hand only. I have also become quite mobile. I drag myself everywhere, and I am starting to go on my fours when on soft surfaces. I continue to say some syllables (mama, papa, bebe, ledy), and sometimes they seem to be meaningful, but there is no consistency yet. Also, I have been pulling myself up all the time now, and even try some little steps if someone holds me.

Life has been wonderful in Brazil. I have been enjoying everybody's attention and cuddles quite a bit. I love my family! But it is just too hot here! hahahaahah

    Ele estah muito lindo Ju!! E tu sabias que Lia tambem comemorou os 7 meses dela ai? Ai que saudade que me deu dela assim pequenina!! Aproveita bem teu nenem amiga, que eles crescem rapido demais, nao tem nem graca!!!
